Compensation & Employment Structure
Compensation: $35-$45
Compensation is based on licensure, credentials, experience, and clinical expertise.
Employment Structure
All clinicians begin as 1099 Independent Contractors, offering flexibility while building their caseload and becoming familiar with our clinical programs and operations.
Following a successful 90-day review, clinicians may be considered for transition into a part-time or full-time W-2 position based on performance, organizational needs, and mutual career goals.

Schedule & Work Environment
This position offers a flexible hybrid model that includes both telehealth and in-person services.

- In-person services may be provided at community-based locations, partner sites, or patient-serving programs as needed
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation techniques, and wellness goals.
- Provide crisis support and intervention when clinically appropriate.
Collaboration & Care Coordination
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions.
- Coordinate referrals and connect clients to community resources and support services.
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold all HIPAA, ethical, and professional practice standards.

Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Licensure
Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
- LCSW
- LSW
- LPC
- LAC
- Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey
Preferred Experience
- Behavioral health counseling or psychotherapy experience.
- Community-based, outpatient, or integrated care experience.
- Telehealth experience.
- Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
