About the Role
Mindify is seeking a high-energy, organized, and fluent Spanish-speaking Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at the adult medical center. This is a dual-impact role: you will ensure our daily operations run like clockwork while simultaneously driving community awareness and patient engagement through creative marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a "people person" who can navigate a medical environment with professionalism and a marketing mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Coordination:
Manage daily administrative workflows to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, assisting with intake, scheduling, and service explanations.
Maintain facility standards and coordinate with vendors or medical staff to ensure the center is operating efficiently.
Marketing & Outreach:
Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase patient enrollment.
Represent Mindify at community events, health fairs, and senior centers.
Create bilingual promotional materials (flyers, social media posts, or newsletters) tailored to our demographic.
Build and maintain relationships with local community partners and referral sources.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Experience: 1-3 years in operations, marketing, or healthcare administration.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with adult patients and their families.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and CRM/Electronic Health Record (EHR) software.
Reliability: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced medical environment.
