Mindify Wellness and Care is actively seeking compassionate, client-centered Mental Health Therapists to join our expanding behavioral health team.

We serve a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, housing insecurity, homelessness, trauma, serious mental illness, and other complex social and behavioral health needs. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about meeting patients where they are and helping them achieve meaningful recovery and wellness.

Compensation

• $35-$45 per completed clinical session
• Compensation based on licensure, experience, and clinical expertise
• Travel reimbursement available for eligible North Jersey providers

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy services
• Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including:
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Trauma-Informed Care
• Provide services to individuals experiencing:
  • Anxiety and depression
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Substance use disorders and addiction
  • Co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions
  • Grief and life transitions
  • Housing instability and homelessness
  • Serious mental illness and complex psychosocial needs
• Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, recovery goals, and overall wellness plans
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, case managers, community partners, and interdisciplinary team members
• Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources and support services
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment plans

Qualifications

Required

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
• Active New Jersey license or associate license in good standing, including:
  • LCSW
  • LSW
  • MSW
  • LPC
  • LAC
  • LMFT
  • Other qualified behavioral health licenses recognized by the State of New Jersey

Preferred

• Experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions
• Community mental health experience
• Experience serving vulnerable, underserved, or homeless populations
• Telehealth experience
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations
• Knowledge of harm reduction, recovery-oriented care, and trauma-informed treatment approaches
• Comfortable working with patients from various racial, ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic, LGBTQ+, and immigrant communities

Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in Spanish or Creole

Work Location

• Hybrid (Onsite + Telehealth)
• Primary onsite location: Asbury Park, NJ 2-3x a week
• Flexible scheduling options
