We are seeking a dedicated  Master of Social Work (MSW) to provide high-quality clinical services. You will manage a diverse caseload, conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions while maintaining the highest standards of care.

What You’ll Do

  • Clinical Therapy: Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions (telehealth or in-person).

  • Assessment & Diagnosis: Perform initial clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate support and safety planning for clients in acute distress.

  • Collaboration: Work alongside our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for every client.

  • Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Licensure: Active state license (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent). Candidates working toward clinical hours (LCSW) are encouraged to apply; supervision may be available.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing platforms.

  • Empathy & Insight: A deep understanding of diverse populations and a commitment to culturally competent care.
