You will serve as the vibrant face of our care team, ensuring our patients are greeted with a warm smile, keeping the psychiatrist’s schedule running seamlessly, and building strong connections with the staff at each facility.

Patient Engagement: Greet patients with an outgoing, warm, and smiling demeanor, helping seniors and families feel comfortable and valued.
Scheduling & Intake: Efficiently coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments; handle check-ins and necessary intake documentation.
Bilingual Communication: Serve as a seamless translator between Spanish-speaking patients and English-speaking providers/staff.
Provider Support: Assist the psychiatrist with administrative tasks, electronic health record (EHR) entries, and communication with the host center's leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Personality is Key: Must be exceptionally outgoing, smiling, friendly, and naturally skilled at connecting with people.
Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
Regional Flexibility: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work at a different center location each day of the week.
Experience: Prior experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary, or Care Coordinator is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort using electronic medical records/scheduling software.
